BDG Game login help
Most failed logins come down to one of five things, and none of them needs support. Find what you are seeing below and fix it in a minute.
We are an independent guide, not the operator. We cannot reset a password, unlock an account or resend an OTP — only the platform can.
Log in, the right way round
- Pick the country code first — +91 for India. A number typed before the code is changed is the most common silent failure.
- Type your registered mobile number — digits only, without repeating the code.
- Type the password by hand with the eye icon switched on, so you can see exactly what you entered.
- Enter the six-digit OTP if one is requested — and never read it out or forward it to anyone.

What you see, and what fixes it

A two-minute security check
- Your password is used nowhere else.
- You reach the platform from a link you trust — never one pasted into a group chat.
- You have never installed a “mod”, “VIP” or “hack” version of the app.
- You have never shared an OTP, including with someone claiming to be support.
If any of those is a no, change your password from inside the account today.
Login questions
Why won’t BDG Game accept a password I know is right?
Something between you and the form is changing it: saved autofill from another account, the keyboard capitalising the first letter, or a space pasted at the end. Clear the field, switch on the eye icon and type it yourself before you reset anything.
How long should I wait for the login OTP?
Give it the full cooldown shown on screen before asking again. Repeated requests queue several codes, and the one you type is often already expired. After two failed attempts on good signal, check the number and country code on screen.
Is my account blocked, or is the site down?
Open the platform on mobile data or in another browser. If the login page itself will not load, it is the address or your connection. If it loads and keeps rejecting correct details, it is the account, and in-app support is the only fix.
Can you reset my BDG Game password for me?
